Lifestyle
What a Knidley lacks in physical strength, it makes up for in strength of character. Though delicate, Knidley never lets her size or strength stand in her way. She is very creative and actively takes part in the daily activities of the Cloud City workshops, or in fixing problems around her caretaker’s home. Ever self-sufficient, Knidley sees to her own maintenance, even folding nearly in half to tighten the many tiny screws covering her body.
Knidley can often be found helping Anoraki figure out a particularly-challenging design or lending assistance to Mishon as he constructs his wings. Though the latter is a physically strenuous and potentially dangerous situation for Knidley to be in, she refuses to back down, and relies on her speed to zip out of the way should heavier objects start to fall. Knidley sets many goals to reach every day, and never lets her size or delicate structure stop her.
Knidley likes to be petted or have her metallic wings polished, but she would much rather you join her for a game of tag! She can be convinced to play hide and seek as well, but she tends to lose often as she cannot help but to hum quietly as she waits. Through much cajoling, particularly respectful and appreciative caretakers can convince their Knidley to sing for them (in their metallic-sounding and humming way), and Knidley-based Music Boxes have become increasingly popular in Cloud City.
