Creature Type: Water Creature Family: Indra Creature Name: Isette |
Gender: Female Rarity: Uncommon Isette can evolve! Isette has 21 care points. |
Visual Description
A curled up, sleepy little puddle baby.
Lifestyle
Even when removed from near the vision pool, Indra eggs keep their affinity for water. Caretakers who don't immediately realize this and forget to provide a bowl or dish of water are likely to find their Indra egg perched on the edge of a pot soaking in the sink, or resting on the narrow mouth of a vase. Whether it's simply drawn to the water, or perhaps emulating it, becomes unclear as an Indra egg approaches hatching -- its surface starts to ripple and refract light, and soon, a caretaker can see the egg dissolve around their newly-hatched Isette.
Isette is very shy. She likes quiet places, and caretakers can usually find her peeking out at them from beneath a chair or desk. It's never wise to startle Isette when she's relaxing -- a surprised Isette doesn't run, but melts into a puddle of something like water, staying entirely still until she realizes it's only her caretaker, or until she figures out how to reform: whichever comes later. This is an admittedly strange ability of Isette's, and at this stage, neither Isette nor her caretaker know why she has it.
In the quiet places Isette seeks out, she doesn't seem to meditate or focus or any such thing: she simply curls into a little ball and dozes off. As Isette grows closer to her caretaker, she allows her caretaker to pick her up, and many caretakers feel strangely relaxed with a napping Isette perched on their knee.
