Lifestyle
After many discussions with gold items, her caretaker and fellow pets, Zair seems to have reached a conclusion. In a surprising turn of events, she gives away all the gold she so painstakingly collected. She starts with any creatures she may have shared her hoard with, but after that, any pet can get gold from Zair. She doesn't mind if they wear it, collect it or play with it, as long as it makes them happy. When asked why she had this sudden change of heart, Zair explains that she no longer needs them - gold used to remind him of the Dawn Dragon, but she now knows that she will be with him as long as she carries her in her heart.
Having come into her own, Zair can now forge bonds with any creature at will, beyond the initial instinctive bond she forged upon hatching. If she didn't bond with her caretaker after hatching, they are usually the first creature she chooses to bond with now. These emotional bonds are very intense and last for life, so Zair chooses her bonded friends carefully. Those that she chooses find themselves with a highly intelligent friend who is deeply committed to their well-being.
